One of my goals as part of my Health & Fitness area was to do 25 sit ups in the morning and 25 sit ups in the evening. I did my 25 situps this morning when I got up.

Day 1 of My Xl Challenge
So it is day 1 of my XL Challenge. I actually got up this morning and did my 25 sit ups. I also weighed myself which was not fun. Anyway, I plan to drink 48 oz of water today and do 30 minutes of cardio when I get home. I am also going to buy my domain name for my mortgage blog, buy the hosting and set up Wordpress. On the organization front, I am going to take 1/2 hour to go through mail tonight and through away the junk mail.

I am part of the Extraordinatry Life (XL) Project. So what is the XL Project? At its core, the Extraordinary Life (XL) Project is just a group of people who have decided that they want a change and who "get" that all it takes to create an Extraordinary Life is a Decision ... and then to connect with the resources, people, accountability, support, encouragement, inspiration, etc to keep that Decision alive.

Health and Fitness
- Do not eat any candy unless it is sugar free
- Eat a healthy breakfast
- Bring healthy snacks to work to avoid the vending machine
- 48-64 ounces of water everyday
- Try to refrain from late night eating
- Eat a salad every day
- Exercise 5 times a week
- 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 times a week
- 25 sit-ups twice a day
- Go to the doctors
Organization
- Clean office at home
- Clean office at work
- Clean Car
- Declutter at home
- Organize bills
